Castle of Kos
Castle of Kos is one of the most significant monuments of the island, as it has been constructed by the Knights at the end of 14th century. It consists a premium historical legacy, worth seeing. This castle, combines with the one of Saint Peter in Halicarnassus, were used to control the passage towards the Holy Land. Thanks to Italian Archaeological Agency, its present shape has Italian form.
Tree of Hippocrates
Outside the castle of Kos, stand emblematic the famous ‘’Platanos’’ Tree of Hippocrates, which had planted by him before about 2,400 years.
